Description
Access 1 hr before high tide and watch for the tide turning as can be strong once it has turned. Doesn’t very often have a slack tide. Tow floats a must and look out for boat traffic.
Getting There
Parking down jetty lane or at the Deben Pools. Waking over the level crossing and down to the river.
Accessibility
Access is up and then down steps to get over the sea wall. Jetty can be slippery and at very high tides can be completely covered.
