Looks much nicer in the photos. Lots of ugly event style metal fencing around the site. Staff were lovely. Water is really silty and lots of weed which you can't see. You can really hear the traffic on the m4.

I love swimming here. The staff are all really friendly and it’s so tranquil.

Safe spot for a lone swim. I visited here on the way home from a work trip. Excellent facilities, easy to book online, helpful staff, clean water and great to have a life guard. Staff were really helpful. I especially enjoyed the coffee and cake in the cafe after.

A lovely place to swim, paddle board and spend time. There is a lot more than swimming here and masses of room to do it at your own pace. Nice café, a landscaped walk around the lake and the staff are lovely. Not expensive and they run charity events too.

This is a great place if you want to just do swim training, head down, up and down stuff… there’s also a great water play area to take a bunch of kids BUT it’s not great for a leisure swim - a good functional place but expensive!
