Description
Spectacular swim in the large plunge pool from the waterfall. Varying depth depending on the time of year. More of a mid year swim as impossible when the river is in spate. Quite a busy place and often other swimmers and folk jumping off the rocks. Great place for kids.
Getting There
About 5 mins walk from the car park at the main road.
Accessibility
Pebbly river bed, so something like Crocs are great. Pretty gentle slope into the water.

Mauler
This is a lovely swim but it’s more of a ten minute walk up and over a forest trail which you need good footwear for. Once you are decended down to the water (probably 40 foot down forest steps and a trail) it’s very nice and a lovely swim.
