It’s a small spot above a stone ford/weir. The water runs fast over the rocks, so take care getting in and out. I understand that in the rainier months, the ford is impassable, which would probably make for pretty dangerous conditions. But on a hot summer day it’s a delicious spot for a dip. You’ll likely have company in those circumstances—loads of families from the local villages we’re out on the day I was there.
