Great beach and swim spot. The only thing to add is that it gets very very busy in the summer. You can be queuing for over an hour at peak times, just to get into the car park.

Beautiful wide beach with shallow entrance over sand with very little in the way of stones. Good at high or low tide, but tides can be strong, by all accounts, so be aware. Parking above the beach down narrow track not suitable for campervans and costs £3.
