Palavas-les-Flots is a coastal town located in the department of Hérault in the region of Occitanie, in southern France. It is situated on the Mediterranean coast and is known for its long sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and lively boardwalk lined with shops and restaurants. The scenery around Palavas-les-Flots is predominantly beach and sea, with views of the coastline and the Mediterranean stretching out as far as the eye can see. The town is bordered by the Etang de l'Or, a large saltwater lagoon, to the north, which provides opportunities for fishing and boating.
