Check out this spot in Reichenau. Great spot for swimming and paddling, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, supping and wind surfing. Reichenau is a small town located in the southern part of Baden-Württemberg, near the border of Switzerland. The town is situated in the heart of the Upper Rhine Valley, where the Rhine River flows through a series of valleys surrounded by rolling hills and forests. The surrounding landscape is characterized by vineyards and fruit orchards, which produce some of the finest wines and fruit in the region. The town itself is situated on an island in Lake Constance, providing stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The area is also known for its historic buildings, including the Reichenau Monastery, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Freiburg, a larger city nearby, is situated at the edge of the Black Forest and features charming medieval architecture and a vibrant university scene. Surrounded by lush green forests and towering mountains, the area around Reichenau and Freiburg is truly stunning and offers many opportunities for outdoor recreation and sightseeing.
