Description
There is a recreational zone in the harbour that is marked out by a series of yellow buoys. This is a working harbour so it is important to check the signage before entering and to stay within the allocated zone.
Getting There
There is free on street parking on Kerr Street and a paid car park at the opposite end of the harbour in front of the Ramore restaurant complex.
Accessibility
The water is accessed by going down a cobblestone ramp. It can be quite slippy underfoot on the cobbles and there are larger boulders submerged that can cause a trip hazard towards the end of the ramp. Once the ramp area has been cleared it is sandy underfoot.
