Explore this spot near Sant Adrià de Besòs. Great location for swimming and paddling, cycling, kayaking, canoeing, walking, supping and wind surfing. Sant Adrià de Besòs is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, just northeast of Barcelona in the region of Cataluña. The area is characterized by its sandy beaches, waterfront promenade, and various parks and green spaces. In addition, there are several important industrial areas nearby, including a large port and a petrochemical complex, which have historically given the area a somewhat gritty and polluted reputation. Despite this, there have been efforts in recent years to revitalize and improve the living conditions in the area, including the construction of new housing developments and public infrastructure projects. Overall, the scenery in Sant Adrià de Besòs is a mix of urban and natural landscapes, with the sea, coastline, and parks providing some welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding industrial areas.

- Cold water shock is real. Enter slowly and control your breathing.
- Always swim with others or tell someone your plan
