Description
Morecambe North bathing water is at the northern end of the town's promenade which has heavy sea defences for most of its length. The bathing water beach is split into several smaller beaches by large groynes.

Nice sheltered bay enter the water about an hour before high tide if you want a long swim and any tide above 8m is good under that it’s only really any good for paddling . Don’t attempt to enter the channel on the outgoing tide as you will end up in Barrow before you know it!
