if you don't mind a reedy entry but looking for a short walk and easy access then this spot on the edge of Loch Trool is for you. From here you can swim as far up the loch as you please. Amazing views.

Great swim. Lovely place. Very peaceful. Little bit weedy when you get in, but this is short lived when you push away from the banks. Loved the mountains and the forest.
