Swim in Loch Moidart at High Tide overlooked by the castle. At low tide the water goes out and you can walk round the sands all the way round the castle. There is a gentle slope in and then it becomes deep quickly. A very small coarse beach. Alternatively you can swim from either of the beaches or the spit of land as you approach the castle.
Park in the car park to your right at the end of the road. There is a short walk to the castle and a fairly uneven path you have to make your way down. The beach at the far side of the castle is not wheelchair or buggy accessible, but the others are.
Trip hazards on the way down, but the water itself quite accessible
