Check out this spot in Les Angles. Great spot for cycling, boating, kayaking, canoeing, walking, supping and wind surfing. Les Angles is a small commune nestled in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in the Occitanie region of southern France. The village is located at an altitude of 1,550 meters and offers impressive views of the surrounding mountains, including the famous Pic du Carlit. Les Angles is situated on the edge of the Capcir plateau, a vast and largely unspoilt highland region of rolling hills, forests and lakes. The landscape is characterised by rugged peaks, pine forests, and rocky outcrops dotted with heather and wildflowers. The area is popular for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking, with many trails to explore. Les Angles also has a quaint town square, where visitors can enjoy local cafes and restaurants, as well as a range of shops selling souvenirs and locally made crafts.
