At low-tide, rocky tide pools dominate but there are a couple of places to enter the water. One area formed a fairly sheltered area that formed a rough 400m square, though while I was swimming there a ... fishing catamaran? ... entered that area to check on what looked like a lobster pot buoy. There was a lot of seaweed to swim through to get to clear water. It looked to me that at high tide the tide pools and seaweed would be much less of a problem, but I haven't been back to check, yet.
