Description

This stunning lake is 2k in length and and has a depth of up to 15ft. A private lake nestled in the woodlands of Fritton surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife, the location is dog friendly and welcomes all guests and members to swim with a partnered members club called Peak Open Water Sports. This club therefore caters for both open water swimming and Watersports for members only.

Getting There

Sign posted clearly with rustic signs from the main road in Fritton - follow the lovely long drive past wild horses and grazing cattle. A large car park is situated on the right once you have passed through the security gate. This is free for all members of Peak Open Water Sports Club and is situated next to the yellow clubhouse hotel. The walk to the lake takes approximately 2-3 mins from the car park and changing facilities, showers and toilets are available on the way through to the lake.

Accessibility

There is 3 main access points which includes steps, walking slopes and flat sandy manmade beach access. Suitable for all.
