We went off in the wrong direction, there is a very subtle gate on the right hand side of the porch where you pay to park - that’s the way (not the really obvious track straight ahead). Access is via an undulating woodland path and then down into the Glen is quite rocky and definitely could get slippery. Getting in does take some careful balance - so not for people with mobility difficulties. There are deep parts, so a swimble is possible but be careful of the current and underwater rocks.
