Visited early June and had a fantastic afternoon. Quite a few people, so a regular swim spot - the water was clear, and the rocks along the edge only had a bit of sludge, but the water was warm and fantastic views while you swim!

Lovely spot for a swim. A couple of entry points are rocky but some are much easier to walk into the water so it is worth trying a few entry points. Great view towards Dumgoyne from here. Handy parking at Mugdock. The only downside is that on a hot day during the school summer holidays it turns into Magaluf with hoards of people which churns up the sediment.

rocky at edges, but a lovely calm swim from side to side and you can walk around it or even stop at rocks on the opposite side 👌
