Description

Popular with canoeists - it is possible to kayak/ Paddleboard from the bay to Pennan nearby. Watch out for changes to currents & wind after passing the rocks. Pleasant spot for a picnic

Getting There

Parking is available at the beach.

Accessibility

The coastline is rocky & shoes are necessary when the tide is out. Fairly sheltered & possible to stay within your depth if you want by swimming across the bay. The caves are smelly & best avoided - due to coastal nesting birds.

Fairly steep path from car park down to a pebble beach. Well sheltered from anything, swell/wind, from the west. Great view of Pennan to the east.
