Description

Cayton Bay Beach is a rural sandy beach situated on the Yorkshire coast. It is one kilometre in length with a gentle slope. At low tide rocky outcrops and large areas of the beach become exposed and the water's edge can be some distance away. On the steep cliff above the beach are a number of Holiday Parks and several farms.

Lots of parking nearby. A short walk down quite a steep path leading to the beach. Always busy in the summer months. Water is clean and easy to swim in.
