There are a couple of options for swimming here. Going down the ramp next to golf Hotel when it's high tide and rough or going down the steps when calm high tide to swim between the steps to get your lengths in. Swimmable at low and high tide.

Easy to access by bus or train to Carnoustie. If driving park in the black slab car park adjacent to the beach.
