SE England’s largest reservoir is host to a vibrant water sports community including sailing, canoeing, fishing and outdoor swimming. The outdoor swimming is run by TriSwim in an all year round lifeguard attended session on Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings. The venue includes parking and changing and washing facilities in the nearby boat house. The water is clean and substrate is muddy with sections on pebble beach. I’d fully recommend this venue for an organised swim!
