A very nice long stretch of sandy beach, backed by a small caravan park. The sea is rather shallow so you can go quite a long way out and still be within debth. There's plenty of room for everyone, but if you walk to your left, keeping the sea to the right, you cross a small river outlet to a beach west of Banff beach which is less overlooked where skinny dipping is possible if that is your thing.
