About

A beautifully gradual sloping beach. Swimming is possible at all tide heights here. A completely sandy beach with rock pooling to the sides. Swimming on the left side is mostly recommended.

Location

Getting there

Travel through aberporth to the choice of two car parks with limited spaces. Spleen beach to the left, there is also Dyffryn beach to the west.

Accessibility

To access Dolwen beach there is a flight of concrete stairs. There is also a gravel zig zagging path down to this beach making much better access for all.
