Cold Water Introduction
Join Keri-anne as she runs through a cold water introduction session. A hours session which includes; Knowledge about the benefits of cold water, helpful kit, risks to consider pre, durng and post swim. A safe entry to the water with guided breathing practice with Keri-anne. Safe exit from the water and rewarming process with coffee and possibly cake!!

Cold Water Explorer
This session is aimed at those who have already been cold water swimming but are looking for confidence or a chance to explore other avenues under the guidance of Keri-anne Payne. The session will include a recap of safety knowledge including the different things that affect how we feel the cold. The best pre, during and post practices to keep you and your friends safe this winter. There will be a chance to explore head under the water, either immersion or front crawl swimming.
