Description
Bespoke sessions to help improve confidence in open water and help with any fears or phobias. The session is a combination of dry land and in water demonstrations, practice and advice. They can include confidence building exercises for safe entry, floating for safety, going out of depth, waves, treading water, immersing your face in the water or improving swim technique.

Meet at the beach. Welcome chat and tailored swim advice. Dip/swim in the sea with progressive confidence boosting exercises (including acclimatisation techniques), followed by feedback and any questions.
